#WorkTrends Recap: Leaders Are Readers

I remember 2 decades ago watching a (physical) banner at my kids grade school which said “Readers are Leaders.” Though inversely entitled (“Leaders are Readers”), the message in this article is the same: reading is a choice. If we “don’t have enough time to read”, could it be because we have assigned a higher priority to other things, such as social media, phone messages or TV?
