Keep Team Communications Brief, but Make Sure They’re Clear

We are all senders and receivers of messages. Early on in my career I learned, often the hard way, that a good memo (email now) is both capable of being understood and incapable of being misunderstood. Make it a priority to learn from those co-workers whose communications are both brief and clear. \r\n\r\n
