1:1 Coaching Methodology
- Define coaching objectives
- Run a 360 Feedback Process, either qualitative (through conversations run by Percy) or through a survey (Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders or another tool)
- Define top three areas of focus
- Draft a vision of success for the coaching process
- Develop an action plan for each area of focus
- Set validation checkpoints with the manager of the person being coached (as applicable)
