Encourage Employees to Learn by Sharing Your Own Growth

For those of you who manage people, one of the suggestions in this article is to, upon returning from a training event, share with your employees what you have learned. I endorse this approach. It doesn’t have to be a formal presentation requiring extensive preparation. It doesn’t have to be a long and comprehensive session either. It should however be conducted as soon as you return to work, while the key concepts are still fresh in your mind, and before you return into the usual problem-solving mode. Your employees will appreciate it and grow through this practice.\r\n\r\nhttps://hbr.org/tip/2018/11/encourage-employees-to-learn-by-sharing-your-own-growth
