Did You Experience a Pivotal Point in Your Life in 2015?

As we continue with the process of determining how we performed in 2015, I want to ask you to analyze the major events in your life during this year.\r\n\r\nWere there any instances where you faced a fork in the road and had to make an important choice? These events can represent powerful learning experiences. Ask yourself the following questions:\r\n\r\n• How did you behave under pressure?\r\n\r\n• Did your behavior reflect the principles and values you cherish the most? If it didn’t, why?\r\n\r\n• How did you react to a negative event? Did you easily give up, or did you search for worthy alternatives?\r\n\r\n• How did you react to a positive event? Were you grateful for it or took it for granted?\r\n\r\n• Should you have anticipated some of these pivotal points and prepared for them ahead of time?\r\n\r\nUse the lessons and insights here and in the other articles published this month to identify opportunities for growth in 2016. You can also use the three previous newsletters I wrote on this subject.\r\n\r\nNext Monday, I will start covering the process to plan for 2016. Stay tuned!\r\n\r\nPercy M.
